Sound Weaving

Sound weaving is a living tapestry—crafted in real time from vibration, presence, and deep listening. It is not performance. It is communion. Using a blend of ancient instruments and sacred voice, I create sonic fields that support healing, nervous system regulation, energetic clearing, and the awakening of cellular memory.

Sessions begin with 15–20 minutes of dialogue. This time allows us to clarify your intention, attune to what is emerging, and ease the bodymind into receptivity. From there, the session flows intuitively. I draw on rattles, frame drums, Tibetan bowls, tuning forks, polyphonic overtones, and your own voice—guiding you to sound or hum as needed to participate in your healing.

Energy work is woven in throughout. Reiki opens the field. At times, I incorporate hands-on or hands-off craniosacral touch, supporting the body’s innate intelligence. I work in collaboration with your higher self and Spirit Guides, as well as my own, to hold the space with clarity and protection. The healing container is always sealed at the end, allowing integration to unfold gently and safely.

All Sound Weaving sessions take place in my Redlands office—a sanctuary for resonance, reflection, and release.

My practice is rooted in years of study in shamanic, spiritual, and energetic systems. But the true method is presence. Sound weaving is not prescriptive. It listens before it leads. It is a conversation with your soul’s frequency—reminding your system of what it already knows: how to harmonize, how to remember, how to heal.

Clients often leave feeling reconnected, cleared, and newly attuned to the rhythm beneath their thoughts. The work is subtle, profound, and deeply restoring.
