Hypnotherapy
Hypnotherapy with me is a structured, intuitive process that supports real and lasting change. It’s designed to help you access the subconscious mind—the seat of habit, memory, and identity—and bring forward the insights and shifts that conventional talk therapy often can’t reach on its own.
My method blends clinical hypnotherapy tools with deep intuitive transpersonal listening. We begin with a comprehensive intake session to understand your goals, history, and internal landscape. This includes guided imagery and suggestibility testing, which help shape the arc of our work together. In follow-up sessions, we move into progressive relaxation and hypnotic induction techniques that allow you to safely explore the deeper levels of your experience.
Many of my clients are navigating the early to intermediate stages of spiritual awakening or moving through major life transitions. Others come seeking support for issues like low self-esteem, unhealthy patterns, relationship wounds, or existential anxiety. Regardless of the entry point, the work we do is tailored and precise—addressing emotional, behavioral, energetic, and spiritual layers all at once.
I create and hold a calm, steady space—whole, grounded, and supportive—where emotional release can unfold naturally. Abreactions—intense emotional responses that often arise in trance—are welcomed and guided with care. I use proven methods to buffer traumatic content when needed, always working with the understanding that you are safe in the present moment. My extensive rapport-building and use of natal chart insights allow me to tune into each client’s unique nervous system and communication style.
Every session ends with time for integration, and clients often receive simple, meaningful homework to help anchor the transformation. The goal is not only symptom relief but self-reclamation—a process through which you become more available to yourself, more grounded in your truth, and more capable of moving forward with clarity.
The changes clients experience are often profound: increased confidence, emotional freedom, stronger boundaries, and a renewed sense of purpose. And most importantly, a growing trust in their own inner world—a place once feared, now a source of wisdom and strength.
